HayBiz emblemHAYBIZ.usArmenian Community in USA Jobs Board

Acceptable Use & Non-Discrimination Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses HayBiz. It exists to keep the community safe, honest, and welcoming.

1. General rules

You agree that you will not:

  • post false, misleading, fraudulent, or scam content, including fake job listings or "pay to get hired" schemes;
  • post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, or that invades someone's privacy;
  • impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • upload another person's personal information or copyrighted material without permission;
  • use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising unrelated to a genuine job opportunity;
  • attempt to scrape, harvest, copy, or bulk-collect listings or user data;
  • attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
  • use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or these policies.

2. Rules for job listings (non-discrimination)

HayBiz is a job board, so job ads carry special legal responsibility. If you post a listing, you agree that it will comply with all applicable equal-employment-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws, including federal law and the laws of the State of California, which are among the most protective in the country.

Job listings must not:

  • express any preference, limitation, or discrimination — or discourage applicants — based on a protected characteristic, including race, color, national origin or ancestry, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age (40+), disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, military or veteran status, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by law;
  • state unlawful requirements (for example, "no applicants over 40," "men only," or "must be a specific nationality") — noting that HayBiz serves the Armenian community, but a job listing still may not lawfully require or exclude applicants based on national origin or ancestry;
  • require applicants to pay a fee to apply or to be considered;
  • solicit money, financial account details, or sensitive identification from applicants; or
  • advertise anything other than a genuine, lawful employment or work opportunity.

Employers remain solely responsible for their hiring practices and for complying with the law. HayBiz is not a party to any hiring decision.

3. Reporting and enforcement

If you see content that violates this policy, report it to haybiz.us@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Tips for spotting scams are on our Trust & Security page.

4. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date.
