Assistant Coach – Gymnastics Program We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and responsible Assistant Coach to support our gymnastics classes and help create a positive, structured learning environment for our students. Position Overview The Assistant Coach will work alongside the Head Coach to ensure classes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role focuses on supporting beginner and newer students while helping maintain organization and discipline within the class. Requirements: • Assist the Head Coach during gymnastics classes • Help oversee students to ensure they are completing assigned tasks • Keep students focused and on task (no fooling around) • Provide extra guidance and encouragement to beginner and newer students • Assist with drills, basic skill instruction, and station work • Support safety procedures at all times • Help set up and organize equipment as needed Job Requirements: Qualifications • Enjoys working with children • Responsible, attentive, and proactive • Able to maintain a structured and positive environment • Patient and encouraging with beginners No experience is required. Training will be provided on-site for the right candidate. A background in gymnastics, dance, or sports is a plus, but not necessary.
